By using KaiMuse you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must be 18 or over to use KaiMuse. Keep your login secure — you are responsible for activity that happens on your account.
Please don't use KaiMuse to:
AI characters generate content automatically and it may sometimes be inaccurate or offensive. Please use your own judgement.
You keep ownership of the content you create — your messages and characters. You give us the licence we need to run the service, for example to display your public characters and generate replies. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your plan at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
A plan gives you immediate access to digital content, so when you subscribe we ask you to confirm that you want access straight away and understand that you lose the 14-day right to cancel you would otherwise have under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you are not asked to confirm this, or you change your mind before your access starts, contact us and we will refund you in full.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your right to a refund if the service is not as described or is not provided with reasonable care and skill.
We work to keep KaiMuse running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and features may change.
KaiMuse is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service.
We may update these terms. Continuing to use KaiMuse after an update means you accept the new version.
